If you have recently ordered from Locket Junkie but your package arrived damaged, or didn't arrive at all, we want to correct this for you. While we do take measurable steps to ensure your order arrives safely at your door, ultimately we rely on the mail service to deliver your orders in tact. 

Please fill out this form, add the Order Replacement to your cart and "check out". Note: there will be no shipping charge associated with generating an Order Replacement. This solution has no cost to you. 

After you "check out" we will immediately be notified of your Order Replacement and ship your product to you promptly (usually within 2 business days). At that time you will receive a second "order confirmation" confirming the contents of the package. Both "orders" will be assigned the same tracking number, for your convenience.
